Cherry Chia Seed Pudding

For breakfast or a healthy dessert, this dish is sure to hit the spot!


¼ cup Chia Seeds

½ cup Milk (or alternative liquid)

2 tsp Brown Sugar

1 tsp Cocoa or Cacao Powder

6-12 Cherries

(optional) dash of Cinnamon


  1. Pit and chop cherries into bite sized pieces.
  2. Add all ingredients into a small bowl, stir well.
  3. Place in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
  4. Stir again then ENJOY!
