Simple Cherry Parfait

Need a quick breakfast? This cherry parfait is filling and delicious!

Ingredients

½ cup Greek Yogurt

6 Cherries

1 tsp Chia Seeds

1 tsp Sliced or Crushed Almonds

drizzle of Honey

Instructions

  1. Pit and chop cherries into bite sized pieces.
  2. Place a layer of cherries on the bottom of your dish, add the yogurt on top then the remaining cherries.
  3. Top it with the chia seeds, almonds and a drizzle of honey.
  4. ENJOY!
