Very Cherry Smoothie

Ingredients

2 cups Cherries (pitted), fresh or frozen

¼ cup Yogurt (we recommend vanilla)

½ to ¾ cup Milk (or alternative liquid)

(optional) ½ tbsp Lemon Juice

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Transfer to your favorite glass and ENJOY!
